As a self-confessed ‘planner-nerd’ I found it really hard to find a planner that suited my needs and they way that I work. So what does a graphic designer do? She designs her own!! This is the planner that I use every day and have been for the last 2 years. It helps keep me organised, on task and on time.

The layout is simple, clean and minimal to allow you to get creative with coloured pens, highlighters and stickers.

Personally, I like a simple scheduling planner that focuses just on my time and appointments, and I keep all my other journaling notes, goals and habit traching in other planner.

Yearly Calendar - take a wide angled view of the year and schedule in your holidays, special ocassions and major promotions.

Monthly Calendar - I like to narrow my focus and get an overview of each month. This is where I highlight photoshoot days, meeting days, CEO days and networking events. Seeing each month in one glance really helps me balance my workload so as not to become too overwhelmed.

Weekly Calendar - I also like to have my planner opened out so I can everything happening in any given week. I schedule in my appointments, time block my tasks and take note of any meetings. And below each day is a short ‘to-do’ list for any extra reminders I may need.
